A LITTLE LESS CLICKING
Know what
your keys can do.
whatisthisshortcut helps you connect a keyboard combination with the action behind it.
Built around a simple question
Perhaps you saw someone use a shortcut. Perhaps you know what you want to do but not the keys. Search either way, compare apps, and choose your platform.
A focused starting collection
The collection covers 64 actions across 4 apps, including VS Code, Excel, Chrome and Photoshop. We prioritize everyday tasks and link to the official references, instead of pretending to cover every command.
How to use this reference
Bindings represent desktop defaults, primarily with a US keyboard layout. Versions, language settings, active tools and custom bindings can change their behavior. Confirm unfamiliar or consequential actions in the app before using them.
